We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on MineCiv — including text, images, designs, code, and branding — is owned by or licensed to us and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any part of the Services without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Exceptions to the copyrights:
Assets that belongs to:

• Microsoft
• Mojang
• Discord
• PayPal
• Stripe

User uploaded content such as, but not limited to:

• Images
• Videos
• User Generated Content

4. User Content

If you submit, upload, or share content (e.g., posts, comments, builds, or server data), you retain ownership of your content but grant MineCiv a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it as part of operating and promoting the Services.

You are solely responsible for your content and agree not to submit anything unlawful, defamatory, or infringing.

5. Server and Game Use

MineCiv offers access to game servers (primarily Minecraft):

• You must follow the in-game rules and community guidelines.
• You acknowledge that gameplay data (e.g., usernames, statistics, or builds) may be logged and displayed publicly.
• We may moderate or remove players who violate our rules, at our discretion.

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, about the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Services.

MineCiv is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang AB, Microsoft Corporation, or any of their affiliates. “Minecraft” is a trademark of Mojang AB.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MineCiv and its owners, administrators, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using them.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on www.mineciv.net with the effective date at the top. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

10. Payments and Refunds

Any payments to MineCiv are final. MineCiv does not process refunds unless a higher-up staff member says otherwise. In case of a chargeback, your Minecraft account will be permanently suspended automatically by our systems. The suspended player will still have access to the Website and the Discord server unless other punishments as been given beforehand.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Sweden.
